In this study we are going to look at the record of the first sermon preached in the apostolic community after the ascension of Christ. The Gospels, of course, record for us the sermons delivered by Jesus Himself, but what we see in the second chapter of Acts is the first recorded sermon from one of the band of Jesus’ disciples and Apostles, on this occasion from the Apostle Peter.
